Using 3 Things
3 Things is a personal planning tool. You need an account to use it, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and you must not use the service to break the law or to attempt access to another person's account or data.
Trial and subscription
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no card required. After the trial, 3 Things costs $5 per month, shown in your local currency at checkout and billed by Stripe. Nothing is charged unless you choose to continue.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period; after that the account becomes read-only and your data is kept until you delete it. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Your content
Your tasks, priorities, notes and money records remain yours. You can export them or delete your account at any time from Settings — export and deletion stay available even when the account is read-only. Deleting your account is permanent.
Availability
3 Things works offline: changes are saved on your device first and synced to the cloud when the connection returns. We aim for continuous availability, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Not medical advice
3 Things is a planning tool, not a medical product. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Fair use
Automated or abusive traffic, including repeated sign-in attempts, may be rate limited or blocked to protect the service and its users.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
